Instinct Sports Entertainment president M. Stephane Patry, is not only one of the most ardent followers of combat sports, but he is also the pioneer of combat sports in Canada. Since 1998, he has been involved in the promotion of MMA in Canada and his former organization (TKO/UCC) was at one point recognized as one of the three most prestigious MMA organizations in the world. His leadership coupled with his incredible marketing abilities as well as his ties to the television industry in North-America and in Europe are key elements that will bring the new sport of Professional Stand-up Fighting to incredible heights. Experience, dedication and perseverance are the three major assets of Patry and that’s exactly what he injects to the organization every day.

Instinct’s vice-president M. Sylvain Brouillette is a prolific Canadian businessman that brings in a wealth of experience and hard working ethics to the team. He is a long-time business partner of Stephane Patry and also a close friend. Sylvain is passionate and truly believes that Instinct Fighting  and the new sport of Professional Stand-up Fighting are the next great thing in professional sports. His sales skills and knowledge of the combat sport industry are huge elements for the Instinct Sports Entertainment team.

Instinct's matchmaker Christopher Cordeiro is one of the most knowledgeable person in the world of combat sports and he has a wealth of contacts in the international fight community. Cordeiro has been doing matchmaking for several top promotions around the world over the last 15 years. He is also a recognized commentator and host of internationally broadcasted pay per view events. He began his career in the professional fighting industry organizing events in Florida back in 1996.

Instinct’s French Pay-Per-View play by play announcer Jason Cavallaro is a principal voice of sports in the French speaking community as he followed his boyhood dream of being a radio personality. He began his journalism career with a podcast show and jumped at the opportunity to be on one of the most respected news sources in all of Canada; Radio-Canada. For the past two years, he has been broadcasting an all sports talk show on Radio-Canada and has taken a huge interest in combat sports; he is happy for the opportunity to be the French voice of Instinct Fighting.

Instinct’s writer Kevin McKough has always been a huge combat sports fanatic from an early age. While attending Dawson College, he began writing for The Plant, and realized that he wanted to be a combat sports journalist. In 2006, he was selected to produce and co-hosting Ringside Report Radio, the only English speaking combat sports radio in Montreal. As a Muay Thai kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioner his possesses boundless understanding of combat sports. He has been able to get up close and personal with every fighter on Instinct Fighting roster, thus making him a great addition to the team.
